I reserve 4 hours for your treatment to ensure the highest standard of service for each client. Due to the length of time reserved especially for you, I require a $100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking your appointment. Touch up service's also require a deposit of 20% of the service cost in order to secure the appointment. Deposit amounts are deducted from the final cost.
Should you cancel your appointment and wish to reschedule your appointment for your nanoblading treatment; I require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, to be able to transfer your $100 deposit to your new nanoblading appointment.
If 24 hours’ notice is not given, your deposit will be forfeited, and another $100 deposit will be required to rebook.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.In the event of an unavoidable emergency, all or part of your deposit may be applied to future services. This is solely up to my discretion.
Cancellations & Punctuality
Please ensure at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your missed service cost at your next appointment.
Appointments can only be held for up to 15 minutes after the appointment time, so please allow for sufficient time to arrive & park. If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation of your appointment.

A confirmation email and/or text is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Therefore, clients who fail to show for their appointments, without 48 hours cancellation notice, will forfeit their deposit. In order to rebook the service, full payment will be required.
